I was impressed how he took his time to capture each martial artist's individual character. He was efficient and patient while taking photos and explaining purchase options.
The best part was the amazing photos capturing my kids with & without their weapons. The product is exceptional and it alleviated the hassle of finding a frame.

We ordered a package, have never received the digital prints, and they also printed the name on the pictures but mis-spelled it (keep in mind we were not asked for the name to begin with, believe they pulled from the program for the function).
Next, in trying to contact them, they will not respond.
UPDATE: I have gotten response after messaging them through Facebook, and they did find my picture and edited it, and will be shipping. Will update when I receive 😊 fingers crossed

I have went to their official site and sent multiple messages with no response in regards to the digital copies of which we paid for at the event. I understand and read how they follow-up due to time of message sent. It has now been 5 days, and still no response from UTPon their fulfillment of the package we paid for.
