After purchasing a package on December 16, I was told their printer was down and they'd mail it to us. It is now Jan. 26 and all my correspondence is ignored. I've shown them the transaction receipt, resent my shipping details and have sent correspondence to the host hockey team as well. My recommendation? The best part was the amazing photos capturing my kids with & without their weapons. The product is exceptional and it alleviated the hassle of finding a frame.

We ordered a package, have never received the digital prints, and they also printed the name on the pictures but mis-spelled it (keep in mind we were not asked for the name to begin with, believe they pulled from the program for the function).
Next, in trying to contact them, they will not respond.
UPDATE: I have gotten response after messaging them through Facebook, and they did find my picture and edited it, and will be shipping. Will update when I receive 😊 fingers crossed
