I have reached out for 2 weeks trying to get the digital download that was supposed to be included with my purchase. I received 2 emails back requesting information, I gave the information 3 times! I am still waiting to hear back from them. VERY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER!

From the people taking the photos to the gentleman who sold us our package the whole team was very professional. The turn around time was over night and the products are amazing! A fantastic way to capture a memory of our son's big weekened
AVOID at all costs! Please, if you are planning a tournament, I recommend avoiding UTP Products. After purchasing a package on December 16, I was told their printer was down and they'd mail it to us. It is now Jan. 26 and all my correspondence is ignored. I've shown them the transaction receipt, resent my shipping details and have sent correspondence to the host hockey team as well. My recommendation? If you want happy hockey moms, don't use UTP Products.
I never received my digital picture. I sent several emails and they never responded and their customer service number doesn't work. Horrible customer service experience.
Great concept, but the original picture was so dark you could barely see my son's face. Nothing like the proof shown before purchasing. Fortunately they are willing to reprint the picture. Awesome service!
They young lady was so professional so attentive and sooooo kind. She explained what I would get and showed me examples. I love her work. Quick n beautiful
This is by far a great deal for the price and my daughter’s cheer pictures turned out awesome! Thank you for a great deal of convenience and especially with the frames you provide as well. I was able to hang it up as soon as I got home. Job well done!!! 👏
