3. This is a weekend based position, how do you see this working into your schedule?
4. (For crew of 2 only) This position requires a crew of two. Can you tell me about the person you are planning on working with?
5. Can you tell me about your management history?
6. How would you describe your leadership style?
7. How would you describe your role in your group of friends?
8. Can you tell me about your sales history?
9. What is your ideal work environment?
10. What is your ideal travel radius?
11. Explain how you react to last minute changes.

13. Do you have any photography experience? Please elaborate.
