How to Order UT Products After Your Event

To find your team and event, please visit and select your state from the interactive map on our homepage. All the teams should display on the right side of the page. Within your team, you should be able to find all players and products. 

Don’t see your team or player? Get in touch with us at [email protected] with the following: event state, event name, team name, date, age, and individual number, if applicable. 

We ship all weekly orders the next Monday from our Chicago offices and framed posters come plexiglass for safe shipping. 


UT Products Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our custom products, we are unable to offer refunds, but we do provide UT Product credit and reprints if needed. 

Our reprint process is a flat $10 including shipping or $20 including shipping if you require a new frame. 

If you choose UT Product credit, we deliver it as a coupon code via email.

If your product was damaged during the shipping process, let us know with documentation and photos and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution. 


How to Track Your UT Products Order

We ship all of our orders for the previous week on Monday from our Chicago office, and once it ships, you’ll receive an email with a photo of the product that you ordered, along with the shipping address, and tracking information.

If your order has already shipped, your tracking information will allow you to stay up to date on its location and estimated arrival.
