AVOID at all costs! Please, if you are planning a tournament, I recommend avoiding UTP Products. After purchasing a package on December 16, I was told their printer was down and they'd mail it to us. It is now Jan. 26 and all my correspondence is ignored. I've shown them the transaction receipt, resent my shipping details and have sent correspondence to the host hockey team as well. My recommendation? If you want happy hockey moms, don't use UTP Products.

Armando from the DFW area set up at our taekwondo school last week. He was friendly and professional! I was impressed how he took his time to capture each martial artist's individual character. He was efficient and patient while taking photos and explaining purchase options.
The best part was the amazing photos capturing my kids with & without their weapons. The product is exceptional and it alleviated the hassle of finding a frame.

Like others have experienced, the company’s lack of customer service is unfathomable. We ordered a package, have never received the digital prints, and they also printed the name on the pictures but mis-spelled it (keep in mind we were not asked for the name to begin with, believe they pulled from the program for the function).
Next, in trying to contact them, they will not respond.
UPDATE: I have gotten response after messaging them through Facebook, and they did find my picture and edited it, and will be shipping. Will update when I receive 😊 fingers crossed

We attended an event of which UTP was apart of. We love the pictures but have NEVER received the digital copy of the photos that we paid for. I have went to their official site and sent multiple messages with no response in regards to the digital copies of which we paid for at the event. I understand and read how they follow-up due to time of message sent. It has now been 5 days, and still no response from UTPon their fulfillment of the package we paid for. Also, each parent from our team that purchased the same package, they too have yet to receive their digital copies as well...

Our team picture looks like they are all ghosted out! Terrible photo. I thought it was just the proof, but when this arrived, I was surprised a professional would allow this to be printed and distributed! One of our coaches isn’t even able to be made out! He is basically a silhouette.
I will give them credit for my son’s individual photo. I do love it, but saddened that the team photo - the one and only time this team ventured to a big tournament out of state - is so poorly done. 👎🏼

this company was chosen for Westside baseball and they take pictures with the phone which quality its really bad, blurry picts and for the frame pict they put the same, for the team pict the 2021 in the bottom was cutter half and they don't replace it, also we missing a lot of orders for each team around 5 and we have 23 team. definitely not recommend. to many mistakes.

I had posted a few weeks ago about not receiving the correct photo and the company not responding. After I posted that, I was contacted by the companies customer service. They were extremely helpful and they mailed the correct photo. I would absolutely recommend this company. Thank you so much UTP for an amazing photo, memory and such great service!!

Our 1st encounter with them this weekend at a tournament (in OH) it was such a pleasant surprise! Both people I interacted with were beyond amazing! And the process was simple and flawless! UTP had a tent at my son's soccer tournament. They took team and individual photos before the game and had their team photo on display after the game was over. I was blown away by the image quality and presentation of the product. Great customer service.

we paid for our team banner in full at the tournament and was told that we would receive it within 7 days. Here we are 10 + days later and nothing. I had to call to simply get proofs and they were not correct. I paid extra for the girls names left off, team name not correct. Salma with your company is not helping and states you do have a manager to call me. I would appreciate that someone would call ASAP as I feel like this is turning into a scam.

UTP had a tent at my son's soccer tournament. They took team and individual photos before the game and had their team photo on display after the game was over. I was blown away by the image quality and presentation of the product. Great customer service.

we paid for our team banner in full at the tournament and was told that we would receive it within 7 days. Here we are 10 + days later and nothing. I had to call to simply get proofs and they were not correct. I paid extra for the girls names left off, team name not correct. Salma with your company is not helping and states you do have a manager to call me. I would appreciate that someone would call ASAP as I feel like this is turning into a scam.

Love the socks... however the team name is wrong on the 4 pair of socks my team bought. They were shipped to us after the tournament. Hoping they make good on replacing them with the socks we ordered!
